Our products are made to order with fresh, perishable ingredients. To be eligible for a cancellation refund, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before delivery or pickup are non-refundable once the order is confirmed. Therefore, an order placed and accepted within the 7-day period, including an order accepted with 24 hours’ notice, is non-refundable once confirmed.
Customized or special orders may become non-refundable once specific ingredients, materials, personalized products, or other items have been purchased or preparation has begun. Prepared, picked-up, or delivered food cannot be returned or resold.
Deposits and retainers used to reserve events, catering, grazing tables, private chef services, yacht services, and other customized services are non-refundable unless different written terms are expressly stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Final balance, cancellation, rescheduling, guest count, staffing, overtime, parking/valet, venue access, rentals, setup, cleanup, and other event-specific terms may be established in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Changes to date, time, address, size, quantity, products, or other details are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Requests within 24 hours may not be possible.
If an order is received damaged, incomplete, or with an apparent problem, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt and provide the order information and photographs that allow us to evaluate the issue.
Each situation will be reviewed individually. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, credit, partial refund, or other reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.
If we cancel an accepted order because we are unable to provide the purchased product or service, the customer will be refunded for the applicable products or services not provided.
