Chef Regina Nunes provides made-to-order artisanal food products and customized services in Miami, Florida. Products are perishable and subject to ingredient availability.
By placing an order, the customer represents that they are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into the transaction.
Orders generally require at least 24 hours’ notice. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only after necessary details and availability are confirmed and applicable payment is received.
Chef Regina Nunes reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order because of ingredient/product unavailability, inability to provide the service, an address outside the service area, reasonable suspicion of fraud, an obvious pricing or website-information error, payment issues, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order because we cannot provide it, amounts for products or services not provided will be refunded.
All website prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable before the order is finalized.
Payment methods may include credit/debit cards processed through Square, Zelle, and bank transfer. Zelle and bank-transfer payments may remain Payment Pending until funds are confirmed.
When applicable, Florida Sales Tax and the applicable discretionary sales surtax may be added to the transaction.
Products and ingredients are subject to availability and quantities may be limited. We may temporarily discontinue products or ingredients.
We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, description, availability, or delivery-fee errors. If a material error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer when reasonably necessary before proceeding.
Website and social-media photographs are illustrative. Fresh, artisanal, and seasonal ingredients may vary, and substitutions of comparable quality and value may be made when necessary.
Delivery zones, building access, unattended delivery, failed delivery, redelivery, timing, parking/valet, pickup, and food handling after receipt are governed by our separate Delivery & Pickup Policy.
Food-order cancellations, refunds, order problems, and non-refundable event deposits/retainers are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our products may contain or come into contact with major food allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame, as well as other ingredients that may cause individual reactions.
Customers must inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions before confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate all risk of cross-contact. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
Events, catering, grazing tables, private chef services, yacht services, and other customized services are subject to individual proposals and terms. Specific accepted event terms govern that service when they differ from these general Terms.
Tips or gratuities are voluntary unless a mandatory service charge is expressly identified in a specific proposal or agreement. Customers may select a suggested tip or use the Custom Tip option.
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, hurricanes, flooding, road closures, major accidents, government emergencies, significant transportation or utility interruptions, or unexpected venue restrictions.
Personal information is handled according to our separate Privacy Policy. Contact information may be used for necessary transactional communications by SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
Original photographs, text, logos, branding, designs, and other original website content belong to Chef Regina Nunes or are used with authorization and may not be commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chef Regina Nunes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption of products after delivery or pickup. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the policies referenced herein, and any applicable accepted proposal or service agreement constitute the applicable agreement concerning the relevant order or service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
